The inspection included evaluating the quality of packed food, availability of Rail Neer, manufacturing and expiry dates, personal hygiene of staff, and the cleanliness of the pantry car. The presence of necessary equipment, licenses, medical certificates, and identity cards of staff were also scrutinized. All locations were evaluated meticulously to ensure food was prepared according to hygiene standards. Staff involved in cleaning and catering services were instructed to strictly adhere to cleanliness regulations. Special emphasis was placed on cleanliness in base kitchens and pantry cars to provide passengers with clean and safe food. Employees were also instructed to sell items at the designated rates and maintain courteous behaviour with customers. Separate dustbins for dry and wet waste were also instructed for regular waste disposal.
