This results in employees working 24 hours extra per week, causing mental and financial distress. The issue has been raised with authorities for years without improvement. The DPRMS investigated the situation and confirmed the validity of the grievances. They demanded rectification of the duty roster and timely completion of the pending TVU (Train Vehicle Unit) calculation for safety purposes. The Senior Personnel Officer of Chakradharpur Mandal instructed relevant officials to investigate and take appropriate action.

under kaam karne ke liye majboor kiya ja raha hai. Isse employees ko har hafta 24 ghante extra kaam karna pad raha hai, jisse mental aur financial distress ho raha hai. Yeh issue saal se authorities ke samne uthaya ja raha hai par improvement nahin hua. DPRMS ne situation ki jaanch ki aur grievances ki validity confirm ki. Unhone duty roster ko sudharne ki aur pending TVU (Train Vehicle Unit) calculation ko timely complete karne ki demand ki, kyuki yeh safety related issues se juda hai.
