Instead of DGHR-BSBS VB, a JSME-BSB VB via MDP,DHN,GAYA would have performed much better.
Have you seen the TT that is given to the DGHR-BSBS VB. The slacks are mind blowing!
HWH-BSB VB would have been a much better prospect than the HWH-GAYA VB. It would have filled up 16 coaches.

more... DHN because 12019 will eat up quite a lot of patronage, particularly as the novelty of the VB gradually wears off.
The TT of 12019/12020 is perfect between HWH-DHN, the GAYA VB is quite likely to suffer due to it running after it.
HWH-DHN should have been done and dusted in 3 hrs. The erstwhile HWH-NDLS Duronto did that stretch in 2 hrs 45 mins with HLHB coaches. The VB coachset with higher MPS and much faster acceleration should do much better...

I'm thinking the HWH-GAYA train will get less riders at least till DHN 'cause that 12019 train is gonna take a lot of folks, especially when the newness of the train wears off. The schedule of 12019/12020 is spot on between HWH-DHN, and the GAYA train is probably gonna struggle since it runs after that. HWH-DHN shoulda been done in 3 hours.
