I will be blunt, the proposed HWH-GAYA VB if true should be run via MDP-NGRH-KQR instead of via DHN . It is quite clear that Dhanbad isn't capable of filling up any trains and frankly doesn't deserve any VB trains period! Earlier governments and RBs were so wrong in giving halts to trains in Dhanbad, infact the station should be closed down permanently.
There is a saying, unchecked power corrupts. The proposed DGHR-BSBS and GODA-RNC VB are a strong example of the political game being played.

more... home town has 5 times it's population and is much richer too, but I would oppose a hypothetical DHN-BSB VB because it will flop. Any city in Jharkhand isn't capable enough to fill up a 8 coached VB all around the year by it's own.
Baring Shravani mela, DGHR isn't filling anything on it's own.
It is also running via the KG line so extra good luck. Even GAYA won't be able to salvage it because it has other much better options from RNC and TATA now.
You know what won't ever flop ! A HWH-BSB VB, it would run full with 16 coaches, forget eight but seems like it isn't on the priority list of IR.
The GODA/DUMK-RNC VB with 3/4 reversals is such a ridiculous concept that I won't even comment on it. It would have run more than half empty had it ran via MDP-DHN-BKSC, good luck convincing people of NGRH/HZBN to take it up.
If not long distance trains at least intercity trains/MEMU to major cities should be introduced from NGRH/HZBN instead of this ridiculous concept.
