no officers arrived for an hour. The railway crossing gates were finally opened at around 12 pm, restoring traffic flow. The crossing experiences closures 42-45 times daily, impacting a population of around 5 lakh residents. The government approved the overbridge project with a budget of 60.95 crore rupees on July 8, 2023. However, construction was halted due to disagreements over land compensation. The protests on Sunday were led by local residents like Pankaj Rana, KD Singh, RP Singh, PP Singh, Rakesh Shankardhar, OP Rai, Pt. Dinanath, and Ranjit Rai.

Yaha har roz 42-45 baar gate band hota hai, jisse lagbhag 5 lakh logon ko traffic jam se jhujhana padta hai. Government ne 8 July 2023 ko 60.95 crore rupees ka budget dekar overbridge project ko approve kiya. Lekin, zameen ke muavze ko lekar matbhed hone ki wajah se nirman ruk gaya.
