install karne ka suggestion diya tha taki digital attendance records ko overtime allowance claims se link kiya ja sake aur system me accountability badh sake. Board ne strict adherence ki baat kahi hai, lekin kuchh station masters ka kehna hai ki ye new measures counterproductive ho sakte hain. Ab tak stations par koi biometric system nahi hai aur staff apne superiors dwara taiyar physical rosters ke basis par kaam karte hain. Ek station supervisor ka kehna hai ki bahut kam overtime claims hote hain aur agar koi irregularity hoti hai to usko case to case basis par deal karna chahiye.
