Shaheed Udyan Nar Ghat. The Department of Culture and Information organized patriotic songs to commemorate the Kakori incident. The event began with the lighting of the lamp by the Minister of Technical Education and Consumer Affairs of Uttar Pradesh, Ashish Patel, along with other dignitaries. The event included a live telecast of the address by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, at a similar event in Lucknow. The history of the Kakori Train Action and the Indian freedom struggle were highlighted, accompanied by a photo exhibition. Cultural groups from the Uttar Pradesh Department of Culture, including singers like Usha Gupta, Khokhuram Mirzapuri, Sufiya Begum, and Shivlal Gupta, performed songs about the Kakori incident. Students from the Sundar Mundar Inter College presented Saraswati Vandana and a welcome song. Public representatives planted trees on the Vikas Bhawan premises. E-rickshaw trolleys were flagged off for garbage collection in rural areas under the Swachh Bharat Mission. The CDO, Vishal Kumar, honored the singers with Devi pictures and shawls. The program was conducted by the District Coordinator of the Swachh Bharat Mission, Vinod Shrivastava. Family members of freedom fighters were honored by the Cabinet Minister Ashish Patel, the MLAs, and the DM.
