Akasa Air, celebrating its second anniversary, aims to be among the top 30 global airlines by 2030. The airline has expanded to 22 domestic and 5 international destinations, carrying over 11 million passengers. The railways, in response to a recent tragedy, will soon introduce new speed and safety guidelines for loco pilots during signal failures. The Kavach automatic train protection system will be deployed on 5,000 km of track and equipped on 10,000 locomotives starting in October. Rapid Metro Rail Gurgaon Limited and Rapid MetroRail Gurgaon South Limited reported significant increases in ridership and revenue for the first quarter of 2024-25, with total revenue reaching Rs 81.1 million.
