Passengers are forced to travel 90 kilometers more, taking 6 hours and 22 minutes from Barakarana route, covering 335 kilometers. This route also incurs higher fares. Only three trains operate on the Tori-Garhwa Road route: Ranchi-Chopan Express (3 days/week), Sasaram Express (6 days/week), and Ranchi-New Delhi Rajdhani Express (2 days/week). Passengers and local MPs are urging for increased train frequency on this route.

crore rupees kharch hone ke baad bhi is route par MEMU train nahi chalaayi ja rahi hai. Aise mein log 90 kilometer ki doori zyada tay karne ko majbur hain. Barakarana route se chhe ghanta 22 minute ka safar kar Ranchi se Garhwa Road (335 kilometer) jaana pad raha hai. Wahi, yaatriyon ko aadhhik kirya bhi dena pad raha hai. Tori ho kar Garhwa Road route mein sirf teen trainon ka sanchalan ho raha hai: Ranchi-Chopan Express (saptah mein teen din), Sasaram Express (saptah mein chhe din) aur Ranchi-Nayi Delhi Rajdhani Train (saptah mein do din). Adhar, yaatri sangh aur sthaniy sansad bhi lagatar is route mein trainon ki sankhya badhane ki maang kar rahe hain.

बहुत ही उचित मांग है. पलामू प्रमंडल की जनता के लिये यह बहुत ही लाभदायक होगा. सभी जनप्रतिनिधियों से अनुरोध है की इस मांग को जल्द से जल्द पूरा कराने का प्रयास किया जाए. इसके साथ साथ रांची लोहरदगा टोरी रेल लाइन का दोहरीकरण भी जल्द से जल्द किया जाए.
