The budget also allocated ₹467.58 crore for the third line project between Mathura and Bina, with ₹365.58 crore allocated for the Mathura-Jhansi section and ₹102 crore for the Jhansi-Bina section. The budget includes a total of ₹2202.46 crore for the Jhansi division of North Central Railway, representing a 7.69% increase from the previous year. This funding will be used to accelerate projects like new rail lines, gauge conversion, and doubling across the division, The third line between Mathura and Bina is expected to increase train speeds, reduce travel time, and improve train punctuality. The allocation for infrastructure improvements will also allow for the operation of additional freight trains, ensuring passenger train operations remain unaffected.

se Bina tak third line project ke liye ₹467.58 crore bhi allocate kiye gaye hain. Isme Mathura se Jhansi tak ke liye ₹365.58 crore aur Jhansi se Bina tak third line ke liye ₹102 crore allocate kiye gaye hain. North Central Railway ke Jhansi division ko budget mein ₹2202.46 crore allocate kiye gaye hain, jo ki pichhle saal ke budget se 7.69% zyada hai. Yeh funding new rail lines, gauge conversion, and doubling jaise projects ko speed up karega. Mathura se Bina tak ki third line se train ki speed badhegi, travel time kam hoga, aur train punctual honge. Infrastructure improvement ke liye allocation se additional freight trains bhi chalaye jaa sakenge, jisse passenger train operations par koi asar nahi padega.
