In the Danapur railway division alone, 16 ROBs and 15 RUBs are being constructed to facilitate crossing of railway lines passing through various districts including Patna, Mokama, Gaya, Ara, and Mokama. Across the entire ECR, 244 ROBs are under construction and 383 RUBs are already operational. The ECR is undertaking this initiative to ensure smooth movement on road and rail routes by eliminating level crossing gates and replacing them with bridges.
