from Uttar Pradesh, claimed he was traveling with another individual in a different coach. Subsequently, the RPF apprehended Vikas Singh, a resident of Bihar, from the other coach. Both individuals were found in possession of marijuana, which they allegedly transported from Sambalpur to Ranchi and were on their way to Uttar Pradesh.
