Jhabua, which involves extending the line from Jhabua via Sardarapur-Amjhera to Dhar, is estimated to take another 3-4 years. Western Railway has targeted March 2025 for the completion of the 22 km stretch between Dahod and Jhabua. The Indore-Khandwa big line project, which includes gauge conversion of the Mahu-Patalpani (5.51 km) and Sanawad-Omkareshwar Road (5.40 km) sections, has no new targets set for this year and is expected to take 3-4 years to complete. In the Chota Udaipur-Dhar line project, Western Railway is working to lay new lines from Jobat to Dekakund (11.88 km) and from Dekakund to Tanda Road (15.70 km) by March 2025. This is considered the biggest target for Indore and its surrounding areas.

Indore aur Jhabua ke beech complete rail link, jisme Jhabua se Sardarapur-Amjhera hote hue Dhar tak line extend karni hai, lagabhag 3-4 saal lag sakte hain. Western Railway ne March 2025 tak Dahod se Jhabua ke beech 22 km stretch complete karne ka target rakha hai. Indore-Khandwa big line project, jisme Mahu-Patalpani (5.51 km) aur Sanawad-Omkareshwar Road (5.40 km) sections ka gauge conversion shamil hai, is saal koi naya target set nahi kiya gaya hai aur iske complete hone mein lagabhag 3-4 saal lagne ki umeed hai. Chota Udaipur-Dhar line project mein, Western Railway Jobat se Dekakund (11.88 km) aur Dekakund se Tanda Road (15.70 km) tak new lines March 2025 tak bichaane ka kaam kar raha hai. Ye Indore aur uske aas-paas ke area mein sabse bada target hai.
