Ravindra Goyal, was promoted to the Railway Board as a member. Ashok Kumar Verma, the GM of CORE, had been temporarily handling the NCR's responsibilities. Joshi, a 1988 batch Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer, began his railway career in 1989 as an Area Manager in Muzaffarpur. He holds a B.Tech and M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He has served in various roles across NER, NWR, and NFR, including DRM of Kota Division and Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Mines.

Joshi 1988 batch ke Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) adhikari hain. 1989 mein Muzaffarpur mein Area Manager ke roop mein rail seva ki shuruaat ki thi. Unhone IIT Kanpur se Chemical Engineering mein B.Tech aur M.Tech kiya hai. Ab tak NER, NWR, aur NFR mein vibhinn padon par tainaat rah chuke hain. Jabki woh Kota Mandal ke DRM aur Khan Mantralay mein pratiniyukt par sanjukt sachiv ke pad par rahe hain.
