The station, which sees an average daily footfall of 1,75,000, is expected to become one of India's busiest railway stations. The renovation will be implemented in phases to minimize disruption, with the station's concourse expanding to over 100 meters in width. Har din 1,75,000 passengers aane jaane wale is station ke India ke sabse busy stations mein se ek banne ki ummeed hai. Renovation ko phases mein karke train services mein disruption kam rahega, aur station ka concourse 100 meters se zyada chauda ho jaayega. Passengers ko waiting hall bada, entry pe pick-up and drop-off points improved, basement parking facility spacious, aur food courts jaisi facilities milenge.
