4 years with an estimated cost of INR 6256 Crore. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) is the general turnkey contractor for the project. The project has been divided into four packages, each focusing on specific sections of the line and the depot. The Bhubaneswar Metro Rail Corporation (BMRCL) is responsible for developing the metro, with the Government of Odisha providing overall support.
