They reprimanded the distributor after questioning the shopkeeper, Mona Sahu. The incident occurred when Munna Mishra and Arun Singh were with their colleagues and wanted to drink water. They ordered a bottle from Mona Sahu's shop near Tatanagar station parking. Just before Munna opened the bottle, Arun noticed a dead lizard inside. The bottle's seal was not broken, and they called the number printed on the bottle. The shopkeeper fled after the incident.
