NFR launches special train for Ambubachi Mela pilgrims

Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has launched a special unreserved train service between Guwahati and Dalkhola to manage the influx of pilgrims attending the Ambubachi Mela at Kamakhya Temple. from Guwahati at 23:55 and arrive in Dalkhola at 09:15 the next day. The return service, numbered 05673 (Dalkhola – Guwahati), will leave Dalkhola at 09:45 and arrive in Guwahati at 19:30 the same day. The train will have 20 coaches, including Sleeper and General seating, and will stop at key stations like Kamakhya, Dudhnai, Goalpara Town, Abhayapuri, Chapar, Bilasipara, Gauripur, Golakganj, Tufanganj, New Coochbehar, Mathabhanga, New Changrabandha, Jalpaiguri Road, New Jalpaiguri, and Kishanganj.
