a scrap shop in Koldiha, where they found stolen railway materials including two fish plates, twelve pendrol clips, and other railway iron. The scrap shop owner was also arrested, claiming he purchased the stolen materials at a discounted price. The arrested individuals are currently in judicial custody and the RPF is investigating potential accomplices.
