Tribunal ne railway ke favour mein faisla diya aur SAIL ko paisa aur interest dene ka order diya. High Court ne Eastern aur Western Railway Zones ke Mahaprabandhak ki appeal ko kharij karke Tribunal ke decision ko support kiya. Court ne SAIL ko ek sarkari company mana aur notice kiya ki company ne maal kam hone ka shikayat karne ke baad bhi station pe weigh karne ka pursue nahin kiya.
