If VB is planned at 400 in morning it will cross Thrissur at 500 which is also not a convenient dep and will clash with Coimbatore VB at 730. Coimbatore VB is itself not doing that great and after tim8ngs changed people are travelling to Hosur 60-90 ttavellers each way as there is no intercity in morning. The occupancy will completely dependent on Thrissur and Palakkad and will not fill up 400 seats every day. In return from Bengaluru it will have decent occupancy being second half of the day but only kerala travellers. Coimbatore VB is definitely a wrong decision , operational expense
