Doctors and ambulances arrived after 25 minutes, and the injured were lifted manually from the train without stretchers. The railway authorities blamed the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board (CSEB) for unauthorized work near the tracks, while the CSEB denied these claims.

mein dislocation hua, aur ek minor ke aankh mein kaanch ke tukde se chot lagi. Train 10:15 AM pe Raipur station pahuncha, but injured logon ke liye response slow tha. Doctors aur ambulance 25 minutes baad pahunche, aur injured logon ko train se manually lift kiya gaya, stretcher ke bina. Railway authorities ne Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board (CSEB) ko track ke paas unauthorised work karne ke liye blame kiya, jisko CSEB ne deny kiya.
