A meeting was also held with the Mela Officer appointed by the state government to discuss arrangements for the smooth flow of pilgrims during the festival. Senior DCM Rekha Shaman stated that the DRM met with the Mela Officer, Vijay Kiran Anand, to discuss plans for managing the smooth movement of tourists and railway passengers. After the meeting, an inspection of the platforms, circulating area, etc., at Prayag Junction station was conducted.

Officer ke saath meeting bhi hui, jisme festival ke waqt pilgrims ke smooth flow ke liye arrangements ko discuss kiya gaya. Senior DCM Rekha Shaman ne bataya ki DRM ne Mela Officer, Vijay Kiran Anand ke saath meeting ki, jisme tourists aur railway passengers ke smooth movement ke plans ko discuss kiya gaya.
