The following trains were cancelled: 14507 Fazilka Express, 12459 New Delhi-Amritsar Intercity Express, 12497 Shan-e-Punjab Express, 14033 Jammu Mail, 14034 Jammu Mail, 14508 Bathinda Fazilka Express, 12460 Amritsar-New Delhi Intercity Express, 22430 Delhi Superfast Express, and 12498 Shan-e-Punjab Express. Meanwhile, trains 14053/54 Himachal Express, 11077/78 Jhelum Express, 15707/08 Amrapali Express, 11057/58 Dadar Express, and 12919/20 Malwa Superfast Express were rerouted. The Chief Public Relations Officer of Northern Railways, Deepak Kumar, stated that every effort is being made to provide passengers with the best possible service despite the disruptions.
