train has limited stops, only halting at Bareilly, Moradabad, and Ghaziabad. Due to this, passengers are avoiding it. The Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of Northeast Railway, Pankaj Kumar, stated that a proposal to increase the train's stoppages has been sent to the Railway Board. Once approved, the stops will be increased. New pricing for the double-decker might also be considered to increase passenger count.

double decker train mein passengers nahi mil rahe hai. Iska reason hai ki is train ka stoppage kam hai. Yeh train sirf teen stations par rukti hai, Bareilly, Moradabad aur Ghaziabad. Is wajah se passengers is train se door bhaag rahe hai. Northeast Railway ke CPRO, Pankaj Kumar ne bataya ki train ke stoppage badhane ke liye proposal Railway Board ko bheja gaya hai. Approval milte hi iska stoppage badha diya jayega. Double decker ke fare pe bhi nayi soch rakhi jaa sakti hai. Jisse is train mein passengers ki sankhya badhi jaa sake.
