Dono organizations ne inconvenience ke liye maafi maangi aur incident ki investigation kar rahe hain. Aise kai aur users ne apna experience share kiya, jismein unhone Indian Railways mein kharab service ke baare mein bataya, jismein change na milna, kharab hygiene aur zyada plastic usage jaise problems thi. Kuchh users ne apne pani ki bottle le jaane ya train mein bottled water purchase karne ke option ka suggestion diya.
