Despite being the location of the General Manager and Divisional Railway Manager offices, 24 pairs of trains do not stop here, while all of these trains stop at Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, located approximately 150 km away. Prayagraj state ka sabse zyada aabadi wala district hai, aur ye dharma aur adhyatma ki nagri bhi hai. Allahabad High Court aur kai state level offices Prayagraj mein hi hain.
