The North Central Railway's Prayagraj Division is introducing a new system for operating Automatic Ticket Vending Machines (ATVM) at stations like Prayagraj Junction. employees were allowed to operate ATVM, leading to limited hours of operation and long queues at ticket counters. The new system aims to improve convenience for passengers by providing more extensive ATVM availability. While priority is given to retired railway employees, external individuals can participate in the tender process to operate ATVM. This change will increase ATVM availability and reduce passenger wait times.

log bhi ATVM operate kar sakenge. Pehle, sirf retired employees ko hi ATVM operate karne ki permission thi, jisse limited hours of operation aur ticket counters pe lambi lines lagti thi. Naya system passengers ke liye convenience badhane ke liye, ATVM ki availability ko badhane ka target rakhta hai. Halanki retired employees ko priority di jayegi, par bahar ke log bhi ATVM operate karne ke liye tender process mein participate kar sakte hain. Isse ATVM ki availability badhegi aur passengers ko wait karna kam padhega.
