a change in the schedule of the Azad Hind Express from Pune station, leaving the NCC cadets without any options at Tatanagar. Students requested the ability to travel on another train with their existing tickets. Railway staff processed TDRs for all NCC cadets and coaches to compensate for the fare. The Azad Hind Express arrived at Tatanagar station 11 hours late, on Wednesday afternoon instead of Tuesday night. Passengers were scheduled to travel from Tatanagar station to Buxar on a train to Patna in the morning. By evening, the NCC cadets and their coaches decided to travel to Patna via the Durg-Ara South Bihar Express. Trains on the Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad routes are also consistently delayed, leading to passengers missing connections on other routes.

cadets ko Tatanagar mein koi facility nahi mili. Students apne existing tickets pe doosri train mein travel karne ki facility maang rahe the. However, railway staff ne sabhi NCC cadets aur unke coaches ka TDR bharvaya hai, taaki unhe fare ki raashi mil sake. Bataaya jaata hai ki Pune-Howrah Azad Hind Express 11 ghante der se, Tuesday raat ki jagah Wednesday dopahar Tatanagar station pahuchi. Jabki train par sawar passengers ko subah Tatanagar station se Buxar ki train mein Patna jaana tha. Jaankari ke anusar, NCC cadets aur unke coaches ne shaam mein Durg-Ara South Bihar Express se Patna jaane ka nirnay liya, taaki wahaan pahunch sake. Maalum ho ki Bihar ki tarah Mumbai, Pune aur Ahmedabad marg ki train bhi lagatar late chal rahi hain. Isse logon ki doosre marg ki train chhoot ja rahi hain.
