Korba and Raipur, often arrives after midnight, forcing suburban residents to pay higher auto fares. The Gevera Road railway station, previously serving passengers in the western region, has been closed for 22 months, leaving them with no alternative transport. The Van Ganga Express, Shiv Nath Express, and Hasdeo Express, although departing on time, often face delays exceeding 3 hours after reaching Bilaspur, primarily due to prioritizing freight train movement. This frequent delay significantly impacts residents, especially those taking competitive exams or attending interviews, as they can't rely on the train's arrival time.

train har roz 3-4 ghanta late hoti hain, jiski wajah se yaatriyon ko bahut pareshani hoti hai. Korba aur Raipur ko jodne wali Hasdeo Express, aksaar raat 12 baje ke baad Korba pahunchti hai, jiske karan sub-urban area ke logon ko apne ghar tak jaane ke liye zyada auto fare dena padta hai. Gevera Road railway station, jo pehle western area ke logon ko train facility deta tha, woh 22 mahine se band hai, jiske karan logon ke pass koi dusra option nahin hai. Van Ganga Express, Shiv Nath Express, aur Hasdeo Express, aksaar Bilaspur pahunchne ke baad 3 ghanta se zyada late hoti hain, haalaanki woh time se nikalti hain, iski main wajah hai mal gadiyon ko priority dena. Yeh aksaar delays logon ko pareshan karte hain, khass kar unhe jinhe competitive exam ya interview mein jaana hota hai, kyunki woh train ke time pe pahunchne pe bharosa nahin kar sakte.
