more... Sadar Bazaar, the then hub of Old Delhi, to Raisina Hills. This track ran alongside the present New Delhi station and passed through Connaught Place before ending near the Parliament House. Goods trains carrying the stones used this track for a period of six years, after which it was dismantled due to the construction of Connaught Place and other buildings in its route. The track's remnants can still be observed near the Northern Railway Public Relations Office, where engines occasionally use it to access the outer circle of Connaught Place.
