The Patna-Shalimar-Patna Duronto Express has started making stops at Jasidih railway station, the main gateway to Santhal Pargana, starting Tuesday night. The decision to make this stop at Jasidih station, a part of the Asansol division, was made on a trial basis for the 22213/22214 Shalimar-Patna Duronto Express. The 22213 Shalimar-Patna Duronto Express will arrive at Jasidih station at 2:29 AM for its initial journey, while the 22214 Patna-Shalimar Duronto Express will arrive at Jasidih station at 12:17 AM for its initial journey on March 13th. The train will stop for 2 minutes in each direction at Jasidih. There are no other stops between Jasidih and Patna. This is the second Duronto Express on the Jasidih railway line. The halt at Jasidih was made possible due to the initiative of Godda MP Dr. Nishikant Dubey. Local residents have expressed their happiness over the addition of this train stop.

Apni journey ke dauran yeh train dono directions mein Jasidih station pe 2 minutes ke liye rukti hai. Jasidih aur Patna ke beech mein koi aur stop nahi hai. Ye Jasidih railway line pe dusri Duronto Express hai. Godda MP Dr. Nishikant Dubey ke effort se yeh train Jasidih station pe rukne lagi hai. Is train ke stop se local logon mein khushi dikhayi de rahi hai.
