This connection involves constructing a bypass rail line from Piska station in Ranchi to Hatia. The completion of this project will facilitate the commencement of new railway services. The GM also mentioned the planned improvement of passenger amenities at various stations between Ranchi and Lohardaga, including the development of foot over bridges, drinking water facilities, and better lighting. Local representatives met with the GM and submitted a memorandum requesting the operation of the Vande Bharat Express via Lohardaga.
