I know. It is mainly to serve the other places of north east. Eg, Via Dimapur in Nagaland or Dibrugarh which kind of serves as a last stopping point. Eithercase, I accept that there is no hard case that a Rajdhani has to terminate at a capital; it is just done in most cases. I am just saying that a Rajdhani, if technically possible, will atleast go via the capital, if not terminate there. That's why, my theory would be a Rajdhani via "NDLS-LJN-GKP". I skipped the BSB route since faster trains connect it.
