Suggestions have been made to run the train overnight, departing in the evening from Shahdol and arriving in the morning in Nagpur, and vice-versa. This would allow for efficient medical treatment appointments and provide a more convenient travel experience. Additionally, there have been demands to add additional stops at Nainpur, Balaghat, and Gondia on certain days of the week.
