Chennai Metro revolutionises Payment Solutions and Ticketing for Commuters

CMRL is the first metro system in India to accept the National Common Mobility Card for parking payments. The single QR family ticket allows groups of up to 5 passengers to use one QR code to enter the metro, eliminating the need for individual QR tickets. This initiative was launched by CMRL Managing Director M.A. Siddique, with representatives from SBI, CDAC, and Ford Mobility in attendance.
