Kota - are among the first to receive these centers. The railway board has directed all 67 railway divisions to establish these centers by February 25th. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to inaugurate these centers virtually on February 26th. The railway's store department is responsible for designing and constructing these attractive and easily accessible centers, ensuring their visibility within crowded stations. Private individuals or firms will operate these centers on a lease basis, paying an annual rent to the railways. The Madan Mahal station in Jabalpur will have an annual rent of Rs. 35,000. The operators will also be required to offer discounts on the generic medicines sold at the centers. These centers will be located near the sleeper and general coaches for easy access and will be equipped with a diverse range of medicines for various ailments.
