Additionally, the process of promoting 261 fourth-class railway employees to guards is in the final stage. Notably, the recruitment of Assistant Loco Pilots has been stalled for three years, despite a growing need to operate more freight trains due to the increasing demand for passenger and freight services. Iske baad train operation ki training di jayegi. Assistant Loco Pilots banne se technicians ko risk aur running allowance milne se aarthik laabh hoga. Pehle, Chakradharpur Mandal mein 21 pointmen ko Shunting Masters banane ka aadesh hua tha, taki yards se station tak maalgadiyon aur passenger trains ko idhar se udhar karane mein suvidha ho. Dusri taraf, 261 Chaturthvargeeey Railkarmion ko Guards banana ki karwai antim charan mein hai. Yaatri trains ke saath railway mein dhuलाई ka lakshya lagatar badh raha hai. Isse zyada se zyada maalgadi chalaane ki yojana hai. Lekin railway mein teen saal se assistant loco pilot ki bahali nahi hui, jabki zone aur mandal mein darjano pad pehle se rikt hai. Isse department ke quota se assistant loco pilot taiyaar kiye ja rahe hai. Jaankaar batata hai ki Chakradharpur Mandal aur Dakshin Purv Zone mein pehle bhi technicians ko assistant loco pilot banaya gaya hai.
