progress in highway development in Odisha since 2014, with the total length of national highways increasing from 4,639 km to 5,753 km. The ministry has allocated nearly Rs 1.50 lakh-crore for highway development in Odisha. Gadkari also announced plans for a 111km greenfield ring road around Bhubaneswar city, costing Rs 6,253 crore, and a 35km four-lane greenfield ring road in Sambalpur, costing Rs 1,333 crore. He emphasized the government's focus on infrastructure development, stating that by the end of this year, Odisha's national highway network will resemble roads in the USA.

Gadkari ne 2014 se Odisha mein highway development mein kaafi progress hone ki baat ki, jiske saath state mein national highways ki total length 4,639 km se badhkar 5,753 km ho gayi hai. Ministry ne Odisha mein highway development ke liye almost Rs 1.50 lakh-crore allocate kiya hai. Gadkari ne Bhubaneswar city ke aas-paas 111km ka greenfield ring road banane ka plan bhi announce kiya, jiska cost Rs 6,253 crore hai. Iske saath hi Sambalpur mein 35km ka four-lane greenfield ring road banane ka plan bhi announce kiya, jiska cost Rs 1,333 crore hai. Unhone government ke infrastructure development pe focus ko highlight kiya, aur kaha ki is saal ke end tak Odisha ka national highway network USA ke roads jaisa dikhne lagega.
