The project will involve widening existing roads and enhancing traffic flow. To avoid disruptions, alternate routes will be designated for large vehicles, excluding buses, ambulances, auto-rickshaws, and two-wheelers. The metro service, spanning 11 stations from Kalamassery Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium to Kakkanad via Chittethukara, is in progress.
