Ankus won gold in the 53kg category in the freestyle category. Gaurav Baliyan also secured a bronze medal in the 92kg category in freestyle. In the Greco-Roman style, Northeast Frontier Railway's Ashu won gold in the 67kg category and Rohit Yadav won bronze in the 55kg category, representing the Indian Railways. Jitendra Singh served as the team's coach. The Northeast Frontier Railway Sports Association (NERSA) President, Shri Chandra Srivastava, General Secretary Pankaj Kumar Singh, Wrestling Secretary Jay Prakash Singh, and Assistant Sports Officer Chandra Vijay Singh congratulated the winning wrestlers.
