College Prayagraj, performed a complex surgery to remove the 28.3 cm x 24.4 cm x 12 cm cyst. The surgery lasted three hours and involved removing approximately 5 liters of chocolate-brown fluid. The patient's family expressed gratitude to the doctors.

pet mein bahut bada cyst hai, jisse unke lungs par pressure pad raha tha. Isse patient ko saans lene mein dikkat aur pet mein bahut dard ho raha tha. Patient ko jaldi se operation karne ki jaroorat thi. North Central Railway ke senior surgeon Dr. Sanjay Kumar aur Medical College Prayagraj ke Professor Dr. Shabi Ahmad ne milkar 28.3 cm x 24.4 cm x 12 cm ka cyst nikala. Itna bada cyst aise hi 1997 mein Japan mein nikala gaya tha. Lagbhag 5 litre chocolate brown color ka fluid nikala gaya. Dr. Sanjay Kumar aur unki team ne teen ghante mein surgery complete ki. Surgery ke waqt Dr. Alok Kumar Yadav aur Dr. Preeti bhi present thi. Patient ke family ne doctors ka dhanyavaad kiya.
