of railway land at MTS colony was part of a routine process to lease out unutilised land. He stated that the tender had been floated previously but received no bids. Joshi highlighted that the land was cleared years ago and was susceptible to encroachment, prompting the auction. He also mocked Surjewala's claims about land prices in Hubballi, stating they are not comparable to rates in Mumbai or Bengaluru. Joshi emphasized that anyone can participate in the bidding process, including Congress leaders, and that he had urged Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav to take action against those spreading false news about Indian Railways.

Joshi ne saaf kiya ki MTS colony me 13 acre railway land ki auction routine process ka hissa hai jisme unutilised land ko lease out kiya jaata hai. Unhone kaha ki ye tender pehle bhi float kiya gaya tha lekin koi bid nahi aayi thi. Joshi ne bataya ki yeh land saalo pehle saaf kar diya gaya tha aur encroachment ka khatra tha, isliye auction kiya gaya. Unhone Surjewala ke Hubballi me land ke price ke daave pe bhi hansi udayi aur kaha ki woh Mumbai ya Bengaluru ke rates se compare nahi hote hain. Joshi ne bataya ki koi bhi is bidding process me part le sakta hai, Congress leaders bhi, aur unhone Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav se Indian Railways ke bare me false news failaane walon ke khilaaf action lene ka request kiya hai.
