Mumbai local train updates: Central Railway to operate mega block on Sunday, check details

The Harbour lines between Kurla and Vashi will be closed from 11:10 AM to 4:10 PM, with all Harbour line services to Vashi, Belapur, and Panvel departing CSMT Mumbai from 10:34 AM to 3:36 PM and services departing Panvel, Belapur, and Vashi from 10:16 AM to 3:47 PM being cancelled. Special services will run between CSMT Mumbai and Kurla & Panvel and Vashi during the block. Passengers can travel via Thane-Vashi/Nerul stations from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Western Railway will also conduct a jumbo block on Friday, January 19th, 2024, between Vasai Road and Vaitarna stations for track, signaling, and overhead equipment maintenance. The block will affect the up fast line from 11:55 PM to 2:55 AM and the down fast line from 1:35 AM to 4:35 AM. Train No. 19101 Virar-Bharuch MEMU will be delayed by 15 minutes and will depart from Virar at 4:50 AM instead of 4:35 AM. There will be no block on the Western Railway suburban section on Sunday, January 21st, 2024.
