Indian Railways to run 200 Aastha Special trains after Ayodhya Ram Mandir pran pratishtha; check routes, other details here

Indian Railways will operate over 200 'Aastha' special trains to Ayodhya for 100 days starting January 22, after the Ram Temple consecration ceremony. trains will only stop at Ayodhya Dham station and will be booked solely through the IRCTC website and app. The services will cater to an estimated 50,000-55,000 daily travelers to Ayodhya. Only vegetarian food will be provided on board, with various charges applicable, including reservation, super fast, catering, service, and GST. The Indian Railways is exploring similar routes to Ayodhya from every state, with five routes planned from the Northeast, mainly originating from Guwahati.
