Trauma Center at 7:30 AM, but he was discharged at 12 AM due to his critical condition without any discharge papers. They then took him to several private hospitals in the city, but none admitted him. When they returned to the Trauma Center, they were refused admission. Finally, he was taken to BHU for treatment. According to his family, Shiv Karan had suffered a shoulder fracture a few months ago and had not fully recovered when he lost both his legs in the accident. The Chief Medical Superintendent of SRN Hospital, Dr. Ajay Saxena, stated he was unaware of the incident.

7:30 baje SRN Hospital ke Trauma Center mein le gaya, lekin raat mein 12 baje critical condition hone ki wajah se doctor ne usko discharge kar diya, bina koi discharge paper diye. Fir uske family ne usko city ke kai private hospitals mein le gaya, lekin kisi bhi hospital ne admission nahi diya. Jab woh dobara Trauma Center le gaye, to doctor ne admission dene se mana kar diya. Aakhir mein, usko BHU mein treatment ke liye le gaya. Family ke mutabiq, kuchh mahine pehle Shiv Karan ka kandha tut gaya tha, aur woh abhi puri tarah se thik bhi nahi hua tha, tabhi yeh accident ho gaya aur uske dono pair kat gaye. SRN Hospital ke Chief Medical Superintendent, Dr. Ajay Saxena ne bataya ki unhe is incident ki koi jaankaari nahi hai.
