outer lines and make rail travel smoother and faster. The Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor is being constructed from Sahnewal in Punjab to Mughalsarai. Trial runs with freight trains are underway on the DFC. Officials from the DFC and L&T have already conducted trials between Sahnewal and New Pilkhni and between Khatauli and New Pilkhni. Officials are finalizing preparations for the DFC's operational launch in the new year, pending safety audits from the Railway Ministry. The initial phase will see freight trains running from Khurja to Khatauli, followed by the extension to New Pilkhni. Once the DFC becomes operational, passenger trains will run solely on the main railway line, preventing delays caused by freight trains.

Freight Corridor Punjab ke Sahnewal se Mughalsarai tak ban raha hai. Ispe malgadiyon se trial ho raha hai. Sahnewal se New Pilkhni aur Khatauli se New Pilkhni tak DFC aur L&T ke officers engine ko daudaake trial kar chuke hain. New year se DFC pe malgadiyan daudti nazar aayengi, isko lekar officers taiyariyon ko antim roop dene mein jute hue hain. Sirf Railway se safety audit ka intezaar kiya ja raha hai. Pehle phase mein Khurja se Khatauli se malgadi chalaai jaayegi. Uske baad Khatauli se New Pilkhni tak ko cover kiya jaayega. DFC pe malgadiyon ka sanchalon shuru hote hi main railway line pe passenger trains sanchalit hongin. Isse outer pe ghanton khadi rahne wali passenger trains prabhavit nahi hongin.
