Itne changes ke baad ab bhi ticket pe ye hi likha milta hai ki "Indian Railways recovers only 57 percent of the cost of travel"...jabki har train mein Jahan pehle 11/13 Sleeper coaches hote the ab keval 5/6 bache hain...3AC ka kiraya jyada kafi jyada h Sleeper se to 3E bana ke "duniya ka sabse sasta AC travel" bta Diya gya taki aam log khush rahe....ye nhi bataya ki minimum base fare same hai....ye fact hai ki railways mein roadways ke mukable rolling resistance Kam hota hai to kharcha kam....aur 3A/3E ka kiraya normal Roadways bus service se bhi jyada hai....to Railways ab keval kamane m lagi hai...aam logon ko idea bhi nhi hai ki sleeper/general coach kam ho rhe hain...aap...
more... chahe to train m travel karte time kisi bhi passenger se puch lena...kiraya Aaj bhi same hai...usko badhate to logon ko pta chal jata...

After so many changes, they still write on the ticket that "Indian Railways recovers only 57 percent of the cost of travel"...but in every train where there used to be 11/13 Sleeper coaches, now there are only 5/6 left...the fare for 3AC is much higher than Sleeper, but they call it "the cheapest AC travel in the world" by turning it into 3E, just to keep the common people happy....they didn't mention that the minimum base fare is the same....the fact is that railways have lower rolling resistance compared to roadways, so the cost is lower....and the fare for 3A/3E is even higher than normal Roadways bus service....so now Railways is only interested in making money...common people have no idea that the number of sleeper/general coaches is decreasing...if you want, you can ask any passenger while traveling on a train...the fare is still the same today...if they increased it, people would find out.
