No my main point is that PNBE-KIR route warrants a 24 coached UR train more, that too with a good schedule so as to manage the crowds. This way the infiltration of the long distance trains will be reduced. The number of MEMUs are far too less and are too slow to appeal to the public. Unless dedicated tracks are laid out railways won't take much incentives in running more MEMU trains as the income from MEMUs is far far less. Couple that with the prevalence of ticketless travel in Bihar and Jharkhand, there is very less incentives to really to run MEMUs.
And coming to the point of ticket checking, 'tu janta hai mera baap/chacha/mama kon hai' syndrome is very prevalent...
more... in states like Bihar and Jharkhand. TTEs are very rightly scared of their life and limb particularly on infamous routes like PNBE-GAYA and PNBE-JAJ...
When lawlessness itself is the law of the land, unless massive overhauls are done nothing will change at the ground level. It is what it is...
please wait...Translate to EnglishNah, my main point is that the PNBE-KIR route needs a big-ass 24-coach train just for regular people, and it needs to have a sick schedule to handle all the damn crowds. That way, we won't have so many long-distance trains clogging up the tracks. We don't have enough MEMUs, and the ones we do have are hella slow and nobody really wants to ride them. The damn railway won't bother running more MEMU trains unless they get their own tracks, 'cause they don't make enough money from 'em. Plus, everyone in Bihar and Jharkhand seems to think they're related to some bigshot, so ticket checkers are scared shitless to do their job. Especially on them sketchy-ass routes like PNBE-GAYA and PNBE-JAJ. Man, nothing's gonna change on the ground level unless there's a serious overhaul. That's just how it is, man.
