Coaching circular mein bola hai 1AC ke sath PC bhi add kar denge. Lekin in general all over India bhi aise bahut long distance trains hai jinme pantry nahi hain. Ek policy honi chahiye every M/E and SF train with travel time above 24 hours which is running with good occupancy must be given a PC ie. deciding criteria should be travel time and occupancy.
Next point i will never ever want ICF rake back for this train infact I'm pretty convinced to upgrade myself from SL to 3AC but only thing is I expect much better services from Railways.
Last...
more... month i was travelling in 12779 when in middle of the journey the pantry manager travelled through all the reserved coaches informing passengers not to buy food from unauthorised vendors and always ask the vendors for ID to ensure they are IRCTC ones coz a passenger in 2AC fell seriously ill on consuming some food from unauthorised vendor he also told passengers there were also cases of theft by these vendors too. His argument was pretty convincing if our food is bad atleast you can file a complaint against us but how will you identify the unauthorised vendor.
please wait...Translate to EnglishIn the coaching circular, they said they'll add a PC along with 1AC. But there are many long-distance trains all over India without pantries. There should be a policy that every Mail/Express and Superfast train with a travel time over 24 hours and good occupancy should get a PC, based on travel time and occupancy. Next point - I never want the ICF rake back for this train. I might upgrade to 3AC, but I expect better services from the Railways. Last month, on train 12779, the pantry manager went through all reserved coaches warning passengers not to buy food from unauthorized vendors. He said a passenger got sick in 2AC from their food and there were also theft cases. His point was solid - if our food is bad, complain to us. But how will you catch the unauthorized vendors?
